How fast do you ship? 

Usually the next business day. Though we like to surprise a few of you with same day processing occasionally.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Typical retail orders will arrive in 2-3 days. We of course can arrange expedited delivery should you wish. On bulk wholesale orders, or freight shipments, the delivery time varies. So you’ll need to contact us and we’ll give you an ETA.

My pump stopped working, is it under warranty?

Pumps purchased directly from us via our website are under warranty for 18 months from the date of purchase. Pumps purchased indirectly are warrantied for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If you encounter issues with a pump, contact us and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
